The G Series single-shaft industrial shredder is one of the most versatile machines in the Virtus lineup. Its two-speed swing ram design keeps material feeding consistently without the blocking issues common in older ram designs, and the hydraulic power pack sits inside the housing to stay protected and easy to service. Rotor widths run from 850 mm up to 2000 mm, so the same proven platform scales to fit both compact recycling operations and high-capacity processing lines. The concave square knives can be rotated when one side wears, which stretches knife life considerably compared to fixed-edge designs. Shredded output can go directly to end use or feed into a downstream H Series granulator for further size reduction.
